Grilled or Barbecued Vegetables

Ingredients:

Vegetables of your choice
Bell peppers 🫑
Corn🌽
Onion🧅
Broccoli 🥦
Eggplant🍆
Jalapeno 🌶
Zucchini
Carrot 🥕
Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your barbecue grill to medium-high heat. Make sure it's clean and well-oiled to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare the Vegetables:
- Wash and cut the vegetables into uniform-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.

3. Season the Vegetables:
In a bowl put the TSC Marinade of your choice
Add all veggies and coat them well. Adjust salt and spice level

4. Skewer or Place on Grill:
- Thread the vegetables onto skewers or place them directly on the grill grates.
- Grill the vegetables for about 5-10 minutes per side, depending on their thickness and your desired level of char and tenderness. Turn them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- Vegetables should be tender and slightly charred when they are done.

Serve:
- Remove the grilled vegetables from the skewers or grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top for added flavour.

Grilled vegetables are versatile and can be served as a side dish, over pasta, on a sandwich, or as a main course.
