SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days. This depends on the inventory level, because all our products are made in small batches and sometimes on demand. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with a tracking code is sent to the customer.
The delivery time depends on each product. Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered within a span of 1-7 days unless there are any last minute hurdles while shipping.
Delivery time is stated in calendar days. The delivery time may be longer than stated during the high season and (national) holidays. The Spice Culture does not take the responsibility for the delivery delays that happen due to third-party services.

Return & Exchange Policy
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item you purchased is defective, broken, or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us on divyaanund@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the proof of defect we will issue a replacement item free of charge or issue a refund upon your request within a reasonable period of time.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Sambols,Spreads and etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
