Meen Kuzumbu

Meen Kuzhambu, a delightful South Indian fish curry, is a perfect blend of aromatic spices and the goodness of fish. Here we tell you how to make it in 3 easy steps.

Ingredients for the Curry:

  • TSC Kuzhambu Mix
  • 150g Fish


Instructions:

  1. Open the jar, pour TSC's Kuzhambu Mix into a pan, fill the same jar with water pour in the pan.
  2. Mix it well and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add the fish and let it simmer till the fish is done for about 5-7 mins.
    • Adjust the thickness of the Kuzhambu to your liking.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Meen Kuzhambu is ready to be served! It pairs wonderfully with steamed rice/Dosa/ parantha. Enjoy your delicious homemade Meen Kuzhambu!
