Tandoori Fish is a delightful dish that combines the rich flavours of Indian spices with the succulence of fish. Create a mouthwatering Tandoori Fish in 3 easy steps using The Spice Culture’s tandoori marinade.
Ingredients:
- Fish of your choice (200 grams)
- TSC Tandoori Marinade
- Onions, thinly sliced
- Lemon
- Salt, to taste
Step 1:
Marinate the Fish. Take 2 tablespoons of TSC Tandoori Marinade and coat the fish nicely adjust the salt and spice level.
Step 2:
Allow the fish to marinate for at least 30 minutes preferred marination 4-5 hours. This will infuse it with the rich flavours of the tandoori spices.
Step 3:
Cook the way you like it …Fry , bake, grill or air fry.
- Tawa Fry: Heat a skillet or tawa on medium-high heat. Add a little oil and gently place the marinated fish on it. Fry until both sides are golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
- Baking: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the marinated fish on a baking tray lined with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
- Airfrying: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F). Place the marinated fish in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until it's crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
Garnish with TSC Nani’s spice mix, onion ,lemon and Serve.
